Back-to-School Resource Assistance Program

Community Nutrition & Food Security Program

This program addresses food insecurity by providing access to nutritious food for individuals and families facing financial challenges. Support is offered through food distributions and community partnerships that help households maintain stability.

Homeless Outreach &
Nutrition Support Program

This program provides immediate food, essential supplies, and compassionate outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness. Participants receive basic necessities while being treated with dignity and connected to supportive community resources.

Emergency Financial Stabilization Program

This program offers short-term financial assistance to individuals and families facing unexpected hardship such as utility shutoffs or essential expenses. Participants may also receive guidance and support to help stabilize their situation and prevent future crises.

Seasonal Family Support Program
